HELP WITH INSURANCE
HIICAP— (Health Insurance Information Counseling and Assistance Program), is the New York State Health Insurance Assistance Program. It receives federal funds from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to operate a statewide network of local programs. For local assistance in answering Health Insurance (HIICAP) questions, call HIICAP Hotline Number - 1-800-701-0501

EPIC— Elderly Pharmaceutical Insurance Coverage (EPIC) Program operates a toll-free Helpline which is available from 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. Call 1-800-332-3742 (TTY 1-800-290-9138) for more information or to request an application.
